Kosters Homes Incorporated (KHI) was established in 2006. Locally owned, we operate out of Grandville, MI. We pride ourselves on courtesy and professionalism. KHI is licensed and insured. We are here to help fulfill your project needs: siding, replacement windows, remodeling, decks, and additions to name a few. We also build custom homes. Whether you are looking to update, expand or relocate we would love the opportunity to bid your next project!

What is a "spec" build anyways? A spec -short for speculative- house is an industry term used to describe a home built without a customer/buyer at the start of the project.

Specs Currently Available
We broke ground on our current spec home in November 2025.  Framing begins first week of December.
This walkout ranch will have different floor plan than our last several spec homes.  With three bedrooms on the main level, this floorplan features a primary suite separate from the other two bedrooms.  The spacious and private primary bathroom includes a stand alone soaking tub and tile shower.  We can't wait for you to see it! 

Conveniently located just north of Standale, in Walker, MI, you'll have easy access to stores, restaurants, schools and more.  The development also has a wooded community trail for those who like to get off the sidewalk and enjoy a relaxing nature walk.  All while just minutes from I-96, downtown Grand Rapids, Allendale and the lakeshore.
